1. Fabricate and install new 26 gauge copper perimeter metal at the edge of both dormers. 2. Remove slate from the area between the a/c platform to the right rear corner; install ice and water sheild in this area and reinstall/replace the slates. 3. Seal flashing edges on parapet walls with urethane caulk sealant as needed. 4. Remove membrane and slates from the front of the dormers; seal these areas and the corners with fiberglass mesh and replace slates. 5. Replace broken slates on roof as necessary, with new slates to match existing. 6. Reattach loose english v ridge tiles on all of the hips and ridges as necessary. All roofing to be natural slate.
